Nutrition Services - Breakfast and Lunch Program

Ryan Elementary STEAM School offers breakfast and lunch everyday.  The cafeteria, which is run by BVSD Nutrition Services, is open from 7:45am - 8:00am for breakfast and from 10:45am - 12:45pm to serve lunch. 

School Aged Care (SAC)

At Ryan Elementary STEAM School, we partner with BVSD School Age Care (SAC) to offer students of working families an on-site recreation based program that provides a safe, fun and enriching environment for children after school.  In SAC, children spend time with their friends and participate in structured activities designed to meet their interests and skills.

Extended Day Learning Opportunities for Students

Ryan Elementary STEAM school is committed to providing extended-day learning opportunities to enrich our students application of the essential skills learned in the classroom to project-based fun.  We partner with many community organizations, like Thorne Ecological Institute and the University of Colorado at Boulder,  so that our students see the relevance of the lessons they learn. 

Enrollment

Welcome to Ryan Elementary STEAM School!  All enrollment for students in the Boulder Valley School District is completed using an on-line process at http://enroll.bvsd.org/.  The application begins on-line and continues with a visit to our school to bring the necessary documents to complete student enrollment. 

PTA

Partnerships and Volunteering

We like to say that Ryan Elementary STEAM School is a place where everyone knows your name and everyone's glad you came!  The feeling you get at Ryan is created by our staff, community partners and volunteers who support the learning and instruction that takes place at Ryan both academically and socially.  BVSD is committed to the safety of all of our students and staff, so it recently adopted a policy in which volunteers with a regular schedule or accompanying a school field trip must complete a Volunteer Background Check.  Please read more for details.
