This is my 21st year of teaching elementary education. I have taught kindergarten through fifth grade. Prior to teaching in the classroom I taught environmental education at outdoor ed centers. I have my masters I curriculum and instruction. For six years I was a literacy teacher. I have enjoyed teaching at different grade levels! When I’m not teaching I love to spend time outdoors with my children and dogs. We enjoy hiking, biking, camping, and gardening. My son is a junior I high school and my daughter is in 8th grade. I am excited to start my third year of teaching second grade!
