I have been a member of the Ryan elementary staff for 21 years. Overall health and well being is very important to me personally and for our ryan students. My husband and I live in Coal Creek canyon at 9000 feet with a beautiful view of our Colorado mountains. I have a grown daughter and son and two grown step children. I love to ride my horse (Joey), ski, snoweshoe, hike, jog, golf, bike etc etc. My motto is " take care of your body because where else are you going to live"
