Bio and Background:

Tobey Bassoff is the principal of Ryan Elementary STEAM School. Tobey is deeply committed to creating and sustaining a safe, nurturing, and dynamic learning environment where all students and staff can learn, contribute, and grow together. Tobey has an M.A. in Elementary Education from Columbia University, Teacher's College and a BA in English and Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When Tobey is not spending time learning and laughing with her husband, Jon, who is a high school English teacher, and her children, ages 6 and 4, she enjoys reading, playing Scrabble, and cooking .
